Main goal

We need proactive, confident people to help us manage our UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 volunteers, who will be the faces of the tournament. If you have experience of working in the sports, entertainment or hospitality sector and a flair for managing people, speaking to large groups, problem solving and customer service, this role could be for you.

We are seeking Managers and Deputy Managers for all 8 host cities in Switzerland. Selected candidates must be available for pre-event training, as well as on Matchday -1 (pre-matchday) and Matchdays. Further details will be shared during the interview process.

Key responsibilities

Supporting a broad range of spectator services matchday activities: allocating volunteers to teams, ensuring that volunteers’ break and rotation times are respected, distributing equipment, delivering briefings
Managing teams of volunteers with a wide operational footprint
Problem-solving and, when necessary, escalating concerns to the Spectator Services Venue Manager
Adapting and responding to the changing requirements of matchday operations within your area, working with your team and other venue projects

Requirements

Experience:

First experience in events or managing volunteers.

Languages:

English // proficient

German or French // proficient
