Your Impact
1. Day-to-day development and delivery of a selection of CFG’s “Digital Asset” programmes, to include virtual worlds, web3/blockchain, spatial computing and artificial intelligence with the support of the Senior Metaverse Manager. Managing workflow, monitoring activity completion and coordinating with execution partners and key internal stakeholders to deliver new products
2. Operations on a daily/weekly time horizon of a selection of CFG’s “Digital Asset” programmes, with the support of the Senior Metaverse Manager, coordinating with key internal stakeholders, agencies, platforms, publishers and artists
3. Conduct research tasks such as competitor benchmarking or analysis of new sectors / categories, identifying key trends and providing recommendations
4. Work independently to put into action the strategic direction of the Senior Metaverse Manager, escalating concerns and flagging issues as appropriate
5. Collaborate with senior team members to prepare materials for distribution or presentation to the wider business, including senior stakeholders
6. Suggest and/or deliver new projects / activities within spaces to include virtual worlds, web3/blockchain, spatial computing and artificial intelligence to increase brand exposure and/or generate revenues for CFG
What we are looking for
Essential
Strong understanding of emerging technologies like virtual worlds, Web3/blockchain, spatial computing, and AI.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple projects with varying scope and timelines.
Self-sufficient with excellent time management, tracking progress, and providing clear updates to managers.
Proficient in budget management and numerical analysis.
Collaborative team player with the ability to manage relationships across departments and with diverse stakeholders.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and quick to learn with attention to detail and minimal need for revisions.
Desirable
Experience working with sports, entertainment, or lifestyle brands, either in-house or for an agency.
Proficient in social media platforms and strategies.
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong understanding of the sports industry, including revenue drivers, business models, and governance/regulatory structures across different markets.
