Based in Abu Dhabi and working closely with the GM and regional team, the Marketing Project Manager will drive regional marketing, content & comms KPIs, all whilst developing CFG marketing initiatives. These include fan screenings, trophy tours, Abu Dhabi City Cup, and the first-team warm weather training camp. The Project Manager will also relay global marketing initiatives within the region. Additionally, the role includes supporting Yas Mall Experience operations and business in collaboration with the operator and Yas Mall teams, overseeing the City Challenge, City Store, and F&B café. The Project Manager will work closely with various project teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to develop both operational and marketing plans, track progress, and communicate these effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure the success of these initiatives, meeting the quality and experience standards set.

Your Impact
1. Assess fan experience in the region and adjust the plans as needed to ensure that a high level of interaction is achieved.
2. Develop annual KPIs and objectives for the region.
3. Plan a corresponding calendar of initiatives, campaigns and events to achieve the targets.
4. Own CFG marketing projects in the region – fan screenings, trophy tour, Abu Dhabi City Cup, first team warm weather training camp, global marketing initiatives and relationship with PUMA regional office.
5. Ensure that projects deliverables are of high quality, meeting CFG expectations, City brand values and delivering an authentic experience to fans.
6. Adopts an ‘objectives and measurement-focused’ mindset, enabling the department to build a full and true picture around the impact of the campaigns and initiatives.
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, to deliver well-coordinated marketing initiatives in the region.
8. Support and contribute to the success of other regional functions – mainly Partnerships and Football Schools – from a marketing perspective.
9. Work with the Yas Mall marketing and City Challenge operator teams to develop and execute a comprehensive and coordinated marketing and promotional plan to drive improved business (revenue and profitability) and excellent authentic brand experience.
10. Quarterly review plans, and identify opportunities to improve, complement or amplify.
11. Prepare monthly business reviews and quarterly reporting.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent
Familiar with marketing and promotion campaigns, and events
Skilled in managing relationships with partners
Knowledge of the Middle East landscape & culture
Strong digital literacy
